Raspberry Chocolate Chip Topping

Ingredients

2 cups crumbled chocolate chip cookies

1 cup chopped pecans

3 to 5 teaspoons raspberry liqueur

 

Recipe

  • In small bowl, combine crumbled cookie and pecans.
  • Sprinkle mixture with liqueur and toss to coat.
  • Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
  • Serve over ice cream or frozen yoghurt.
